So.. I actually wrote the previous and first post on May 15th 2012 (according to the draft date).
A lot has happened with my rehabbing business since that first blogging attempt.

As it turns out, strippin' in the yard is actually very difficult.  My first strip, refinish, restain, and reupholster job on a wood arm chair I found in an alley was quite the learning process.  Long story short - I got to buy my very own power sander and learned to use a staple gun!
